I’m re-sharing some of my collage poems from the recent past. These were written for an Instagram competition (#aquietpassionpoetrycompetition) run by The Poetry School and Soda Pictures (‘A Quiet Passion’ was their biopic of Emily Dickinson released two years ago). The judges stated that they wanted to see “poems which use the concentrated visual qualities of an Instagram post to deliver a punch as strong as an Emily Dickinson line.”
Oh I really like these Josephine, and they give me ideas… Thank you. Moira

Good to hear that, Moira! Do you know Julie Mellor’s work? She posts really interesting stuff on her blog https://juliemellorpoetsite.wordpress.com/

Thanks. It turns out I already had Julie Mellor’s site in my browser’s Bookmarks, which tells me I should look through them more regularly!
